Qualification:

• MTA / MBA(Tourism) / MBA / MCOM / MSW
• Any Graduate + 2 year experience in Marketing

�Skills Required:

• Basic Computer & Internet Knowledge
• Tourism knowledge
• Fluency in English & Local Languages

Selection Process: Based on Qualification, Personal Interview

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing & implementation of plans & goals of STRD Trust of representing district
• Build & Maintain Taluk wise committees
• Tie-up with educational institution for study/research projects & events related Travel & Tourism
• Find donors / advertisers / sponsors to engage activity of trust
• Organize / conduct MICE in every Taluk / District
• Overseeing the entire operations & achieve the target
• Take corrective action when targets are not met
• Maintain records & check reporting formats for accuracy & timeliness
• P&L responsibility of the representing district

Remuneration includes: Basic Salary + Travelling Allowance (fixed) + Extra Incentive (15% to 20%) on additional achievement
